An 8-week program for parents suffering mood changes after the birth of a baby. Meet other new parents experiencing mood changes. Discuss relationships and difficult emotions, learn coping strategies and how to take care of yourself. Facilitated by a Midwife/Mental Health professional.

Virtual group for people experiencing mild-moderate symptoms.

A program of Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital in partnership with CGMH and the Collingwood Well Baby Clinic.
