| Description (Service) | No in-person group currently running in Orillia. Virtual group on Microsoft Teams available. Contact Riley to register. An eight week program for parents suffering from mood changes after the birth of a baby. Meet other new parents experiencing mood changes. Discuss relationships and difficult emotions, learn coping strategies and how to take care of yourself . Facilitated by a Mental Health professional. Child minding available for walking children (toddlers), parents may bring babes in arms. |
